International Education Connect Ltd is a British company with its HQ in Norfolk, England. Formerly EFL Services Ltd (incorporated in 1990), the company was renamed in October 2004 when it formalized its collaboration with The Digital Education Network Ltd (incorporated in 1995). Managing Director David Blackie, who is a graduate of Cambridge University with an Honours degree in Modern Languages and who also bears a PGCE (with Distinction) from UCNW Bangor, has worked in many aspects of international education – including teaching, research, consulting and publishing – all over the world.
